...Electric Landscape selected pages...

Electric Landscape: Ley Lines, Vile Vortices. Unexplained energy sources and ancient sites. Folded book  7 x 60 inches. Unique print 2014.

Ancient trackways in the British landscape are ‘ley lines’, line-of-sight navigation used during neolithic times that persisted in the landscape over millennia, theories about alignments of  land, drawing on the Chinese concept of feng shui. They are German ‘Heilige Linien,’ , 'Fairy paths' to the Irish, Chinese 'Dragon Lines,’ Peruvian ‘Spirit Lines,’ and 'Song Paths' to the Australian Aborigines etc….

Vortex sites are twelve geographic areas alleged to have been the sites of mysterious disappearances, twelve "vortices" situated along particular lines of latitude.

 ...view and purchase here:  https://www.ceceliachapman.com/artist-books

During the pandemic 2020-2021, I practiced waking and immediately writing down my dreams. There are two stab-binding books of personal dreams accompanied by photography. The blue book2 is dreams of outer space with collage that includes NASA photographs. The dreams are unedited, except for punctuation. Sometimes they seem like poetry sometimes like a story.
